History
Property agency ERN Realty Pte Ltd was launched in October 2006 as the new business name in place of a previous business title, Top-Link Realty Pte Ltd, of 20 years.
Standing for “Estate Realty Networking”, the company was first established in 1982 under Goh Bros Enterprise. This holding company operated a printing establishment within the National University of Singapore while also handling real estate transactions.
The founder, Goh Kek Hong, registered Top-Link Realty Pte Ltd in 1994 to create an independent arm concentrating in the sale and rental of real estate.Our Mission
- ERN Realty Pte Ltd sales associates are synonymous with excellent after sales service and a strong belief in continuous training on the job. Undergoing rigorous in-house training, associates with experience lead newcomers and provide on-the-job training such as handling procedures of HDB transactions. Monthly training workshops also equip new sales associates with necessary know-how to service clients to sustain continued customer satisfaction.
- The company had experimented with handling freehold projects during a six-year term from1996 to 2002. Four units of terrace houses in Faber Drive as well as a pair of semi- detached house in King’s Road were successfully managed and transacted for. ERN Realty Pte Ltd looks to the continual management of such housing projects as well as growing their base of new associates to attain a stronger presence in Singapore’s property market.
